Tamani Lyn Empowers Women of Color Through Mentorship and Leadership for International Women’s Month
Tamani Lyn is a passionate advocate, two-time award-winning entrepreneur, and strategic visionary dedicated to creating spaces where women of color can rise, lead, and thrive. As the Founder and CEO of WOMEN OF LYN, she launched a nationally recognized nonprofit focused on mentoring, developing, and empowering Black and Brown women and girls to live fully in their personal and entrepreneurial purpose.
Since founding WOMEN OF LYN in 2018, Tamani has built a strong community grounded in sisterhood, service, and self-worth. Her work spans intimate business mentorship programs, multi-city networking hubs, workshops, and leadership intensives, all designed to equip women of color with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in business and life.
Through her dedication and vision, Tamani Lyn continues to uplift and inspire a new generation of leaders, ensuring that women of color have access to the guidance, resources, and community necessary to thrive.
