Kayce Curry Builds a Movement Where Wellness, Confidence, and Community Intersect

Published

on

an era where fitness is often reduced to aesthetics and quick results, Kayce Curry is redefining what it means to truly move with purpose. As a Certified Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, and founder of Kayce Kinetics and Cakes by Kace, she has spent over six years building more than a business—she has created a space where women are encouraged to show up as themselves and be supported every step of the way.

Kayce’s approach to wellness is rooted in intention. Through her signature “Cakes by Kace” method, she has become widely recognized for her focus on glute development, blending Pilates and strength training into a style that prioritizes both form and function. It’s not just about physical transformation—it’s about helping women feel stronger, more confident, and more connected to their bodies.

Over the course of her career, Kayce has worked with hundreds of clients, offering a range of services that extend far beyond traditional fitness training. From in-person sessions and Pilates classes to digital programs and curated wellness events, her reach continues to grow. While her foundation is in the DMV area, her influence has expanded into cities like New York, with online training programs that now serve women nationwide. Through merchandise and digital platforms, her brand has evolved into something much larger—a movement grounded in empowerment and accessibility.

Her background in Mass Communication, along with studies in Public Relations and Business Administration, plays a critical role in how she has built her platform. Kayce’s ability to connect with her audience and cultivate community is both strategic and authentic, allowing her to create experiences that feel elevated, culturally in tune, and genuinely impactful.

What distinguishes Kayce Curry is her commitment to going beyond the workout. Every class, every event, and every interaction is designed with a deeper purpose—to build confidence, encourage connection, and reshape how women view wellness. Her work centers not only on physical health, but also on mental and emotional well-being, making fitness feel inclusive, sustainable, and, most importantly, enjoyable.

As she continues to expand her brand, Kayce remains focused on the bigger picture. She isn’t just helping women achieve results—she’s building a community rooted in self-love, intentional movement, and lasting transformation.
