Eboni Golden Builds Strength, Discipline, and Community Across the DMV for International Women’s Month
Eboni Golden is a DMV-based fitness leader, community advocate, and dedicated member of the United States Army National Guard, where she serves as a Staff Sergeant with over 13 years of military service. Her commitment to discipline, leadership, and service extends beyond her military career and into the communities she continues to uplift.
As the founder of Baddie Burnout, Golden has created a community-driven fitness platform centered on empowerment, connection, and high-energy wellness experiences. Through curated workouts and events across the DMV, Baddie Burnout encourages women to build not only physical strength, but also confidence and a sense of belonging.
Golden earned her Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Bowie State University and went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology. Driven by a passion for service and impact, she is currently pursuing a career in law enforcement—furthering her dedication to protecting and supporting the communities she represents.
Through her events, outreach, and growing platform, Golden continues to create spaces where women feel empowered, supported, and inspired to pursue purpose in their lives. Her work blends fitness, mentorship, and community-building, making her a powerful force within the region’s wellness landscape.
As part of The DMV Daily’s International Women’s Month spotlight, Eboni Golden stands out as a nominee whose mission is rooted in resilience, service, and the ongoing pursuit of strength—both inside and out.
