Princess Dior is Flipping the Financial Script for Black Communities—One Person at a Time

Published

on

In a region rich with culture, hustle, and legacy, Princess Dior is making her mark as more than just a mogul—she’s becoming a movement. From her hometown of Los Angeles to national stages, the visionary, entrepreneur, and educator is on a mission to transform financial setbacks into generational success stories.

While the system wasn’t built with Black wealth in mind, Dior is rewriting the rules—equipping everyday people with the tools to master money, credit, and business with confidence. Her vision? To create 1,000 Black millionaires by teaching what the school system left out: financial literacy, credit strategy, and ownership.

Before the headlines and accolades, Princess Dior was a healthcare worker with degrees in Public Administration and an MBA. But it was being laid off during the pandemic that pushed her into her true purpose. Within 60 days of launching her business, she earned over $100,000 in revenue—a moment that would spark a much bigger mission.

Since then, she’s helped more than 500 clients fix their credit and gain access to the coveted 700+ credit club. Even more impressively, her programs have unlocked over $20 million in business funding for entrepreneurs across the country—many of them from communities historically left out of the wealth-building conversation.

At the core of her empire is Mogul Talk, a mentorship platform that’s grown into a nationwide movement. Through weekly free classes, live masterclasses, and exclusive access to business coaches, Dior’s students are learning how to leverage OPM (Other People’s Money) to launch and scale businesses in real estate, trucking, digital services, and more.

She’s also earned national recognition, receiving the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award for her contributions to financial empowerment—solidifying her status as a true community asset.

But what really separates Princess Dior from the rest is her realness. She doesn’t just talk ownership—she lives it. From launching a designer handbag rental brand to building an exotic car fleet from underutilized assets, she’s mastered the art of creative cashflow. Once battling poor credit and limited resources herself, she now owns multiple income streams—from real estate and hospitality to education and tech.

Now, she’s stepping into new territory: partnering with student-athletes and their families to ensure young stars with NIL deals learn how to manage, multiply, and protect their money early. Her goal is simple but powerful: turn young athletes into legacy-builders.

Whether she’s helping a single mom secure her first home, mentoring a college student on how to monetize their passions, or showing a returning citizen how to start a business, Dior is building more than wealth—she’s building people.
